Wow, I haven't been online in quite a while, have I? My last post was way back in September. Sorry about that! I've been having technical issues. My laptop's fan died and I have been unable to access the web regularly. I just got the part I need and I'm going to install it soon, but it will take several hours, just because of the intricacies it takes to fix a laptop. It order to reach the fan, you have to remove more than 7 other parts. Really looking forward to that. :(
Nonetheless, here I am! Posting once again. Today's the last day of 2011, so how could I not post something? I know that next year the world's supposed to end and everything, but I've never really trusted the Mesoamerican Long Count calender (also known as the Mayan calender), so I thought I'd continue to post.
I looked at my view count today and found a rather large increase in views, which is counter-intuitive seeing as I haven't posted anything in months. Not to say I'm not grateful because I really am! It's great to see that I got nearly 700 hits since I last checked.
I've finally been able to start work on Chapter 4 of the Emerald Curtain once again. I have about 1000 more words to go before I'll consider it suitable to post, but I've been writing diligently whenever I find computer time. It might not be as nice and finished as my other chapters, but that's because of my limited access to it and the fact that I just want to get it out.
Now, I realize that this has probably been one of my more boring posts, but one more thing. . . .Poetry time!!!
